Adding "Queen" boat on Huong River

TTH.VN - According to “Our Hue” tourism company, it is carrying out the related procedures to build a new boat, almost the same as the operating Long Quang royal boat at present.

The new boat is designed basing on the Long Quang boat model and has some different details to accommodate the operation on the Huong River. As expected, the boat is 7m wide, 22m to 25m long, with about 45 seats.

The boat will be named Empress Hue. The Vietnamese name is being studied, basing on the idea that the Long Quang boat is a king's boat, while the new boat will be a queen’s one. In the fourth quarter of 2017, the boat will be built and put into operation in the first quarter of 2018.
