Don’t be afraid to visit Hue 

In the context of COVID-19 pandemic, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho had an open letter affirming that Hue is still a safe destination, with the purpose of asserting again that Hue can welcome guests to visit and relax in the safest conditions.
