Candidates are students from senior high schools, colleges/universities and individuals, who are skilled at taking photos, making videos, editing articles in the province and have necessary equipment such as laptops, cameras, and mobile phones.

The candidates are required to be enthusiastic, energetic, love Hue and Hue Festival, and wish to enhance their skills, contribute to promoting Hue Festival 2022, as well as Hue culture and tourism to a large number of online communities.

The volunteers will be offered allowances and royalties according to the policies of the Organizing Committee; as well as free tickets to programs of Hue Festival 2022; and certificates as volunteers. They will also be trained and improved skills and professionalism in the media sector.
