Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Minister of Information and Communication, and Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, signed the issuance of the stamp collection.

The postage stamp in the stamp collection, designed by To Minh Trang, the painter from the Vietnam Post Corporation, is expressed in a typical painting language and an appropriate color blending with a horizontal frame.

With a realistic drawing style, the author portrays the poet To Huu in watercolor with simple and close beauty. The stamp background illustrates the typical natural landscape of Quang Dien countryside with the image of the rising sun and the boats sailing on the river at dawn.

Beside the poet's portrait, there are also his famous works, such as: "Since Then", "Head to War", "Blood and Flowers", "Viet Bac",… which are typical of the revolutionary poetry career of the poet To Huu.

On this occasion, Deputy Minister Pham Anh Tuan and Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho signed to issue the above unique stamp set.
