Kicking off the first phase of Minh Vien Lang Co resort
TTH.VN - On the morning of September 6, Minh Vien International Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of Minh Vien Lang Co international resort at Chan May – Lang Co Economic Zone, Lang Co town (Phu Loc).

This is a 5-star standard tourism service project, with the investment capital of 7.700 billion VND and the total area of 100 hectares. The construction scale includes a hotel with 1.000 rooms, conference center, and villas; in which the first phase of this project is carried out in an area of 20 hectares, including 170 villas, hotel, and auxiliary tourism services. It is expected to be completed at the end of 2020.
Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony, Head of the Management Board of Chan May – Lang Co Economic Zone Le Van Tue said that the project will contribute to creating the new look for Chan May – Lang Co Economic Zone, and it is in line with the general plan approved by the Prime Minister.
Together with the Minh Vien Lang Co resort, there are many high-quality tourism projects which are under construction in the area of Chan May – Lang Co Economic Zone such as Mediterranean resort, Green resort Lang Co, as well as the marina culinary projects at Lap An lagoon, etc. These will create the motivation to develop Lang Co – Canh Duong tourist area into the national tourism site according to the guidance of the Prime Minister.
