Attending the ceremony were Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh and other ministers, the heads of delegation and representatives of APEC member economies.

APEC Park is located on the West side of Dragon Bridge, which is opposite Da Nang Cham Sculpture Museum, with a total area of about 3,047 m².

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh highly appreciated the support of APEC member economies in choosing and contributing many special works of art expressing the rich cultural identity of the region as well as the theme of the APEC 2017 "Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future”.

APEC Park showcases 18 artistic works of 18 APEC member economies donated to the host Vietnam. Among the statues on display, the host of Vietnam brought in the work "Origin" by the sculptor Le Lang Luong - University of Arts.
