Sponsoring nearly 6 billion VND to support people with disabilities in Thua Thien Hue

On the afternoon of April 3, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong hosted a courtesy reception for the US Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E. Marc E. Knapper. The courtesy reception was also attended by the representatives of leaders from relevant departments and branches.

On the morning of March 16th, the People's Committee of Hue City, in coordination with the Forest Protection Department, the Management Board of “Sustainable Forest Management and Biodiversity Conservation” (VFBC) Technical Support Project, and the Implementation Unit of WWF-Vietnam Biodiversity Conservation Component, organized a ceremony to launch the “Action for Wildlife” Campaign.

On January 25, the launching ceremony of the 53rd UPU International Letter-Writing Competition in 2024 was held for the students in the provincial area at Quoc Hoc Highschool for the Gifted.

On January 24, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Phan Ngoc Tho visited and presented gifts at some social protection facilities across the province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of 2024, the Year of the Dragon.

On the morning of December 26, the Provincial Folk Arts Association organized a scientific seminar themed "Folk culture of Thua Thien Hue - Values, challenges and orientations for preservation and promotion".
