Thua Thien Hue maintains top 5 in the 2021 PAR INDEX
It was the result announced on May 25th at the conference to announce the 2021 Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) and the 2021 Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS).
Administrative procedures in the area have gradually come into order
In 2021, the province ranked 4th among 63 provinces/cities nationwide in terms of the PAR INDEX, down one level compared to 2020 but with a higher score (2020: 88.47 points; 2021: 89.32 points), maintained the position of top 5 in the whole country.
Regarding the the satisfaction index of people and organizations about services of government agencies in 2021 (SIPAS), Thua Thien Hue province ranked 17th with 88.60 points, up 14 levels compared to 2020.
During the past time, administrative procedure reform in the area has gradually come into order, basically meeting and well solving administrative transactions for organizations and individuals. State management agencies have regularly reviewed and simplified the administrative procedures, systematized the administrative procedures, shortened the process and time for handling administrative documents.
The administrative procedure reform work associated with the one-stop-shop mechanism and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism, which are strictly reviewed, controlled and improved the quality of administrative procedures in all areas under its management. Publication of administrative procedures on the portal/website of agencies, units and the mass media is always focused.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh said that the province is continuing to focus on reducing and simplifying regulations related to business activities, eliminating illegal, unnecessary and inconsequential regulations, and guarantees substance. At the same time, it strengthens the reception and settlement of administrative complaints in the electronic environment under the province's jurisdiction. The province also continues to effectively promote the information channel to receive feedbacks and recommendations from people and businesses on the National Public Service Portal to promptly solve problems and difficulties for people and businesses.
