A diversity of privately-owned museums

Along with the public museum system, there are also privately-owned museums in Thua Thien Hue, where a variety of artifacts and antiques are introduced to the public. They are results from the research and collection process of the collectors.

These museums include the Museum of General Nguyen Chi Thanh, the Museum of Commissioned Patterned Porcelain of researcher Tran Dinh Son, the Huong River Museum of Antique Pottery of Prof. Dr. Thai Kim Lan, and the Embroidery Art Museum of XQ.

At these museums, in addition to seeing firsthand the artifacts and antiques, you also have the opportunity to listen to interesting stories about them. Besides, these are also ideal stopover points, and check-in destinations thanks to their very own characteristics. Try to visit these places when you come to Hue, you will surely have a very interesting experience.
