Students visiting the robotics lab of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology

Here, 61 students from Thua Thien Hue who won the National Excellent Student Award for the 2020-2021 school year had the opportunity to experience and get acquainted with robots at the robotics practice room of Engineering and Technology with robot performances such as picking up objects robot, face and voice recognition robot.

Specialists from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology also introduced to the students the robot models; robot’s ability to comply with human wishes through programs programmed on robots.

Hoang Minh Thong, a student at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, shared: “I find it quite interesting when I first had experience with a robot. Technology brings a lot of convenience. Through the experience, I also form a number of ideas related to the major I quite love which is biotechnology”.

Dr. Nguyen Quang Lich, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology - Hue University said that through the meeting, there are not only the orientation and career guidance for students but also the special long-term connection for students who are passionate about technology have the environment to experience the technology field, thereby unleashing creativity and pursuing passion.
